This studio-type apartment is located along Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenue Rosario, Pasig City. It is 10-15 minute ride from Tiendesitas, Landers in Arcovia and SM Pasig hypermarket. Very accessible from Sandoval bridge along C5.

✓ We request you to clean as you go. Any stains, damages or lost items will be charged accordingly.

PARKING
✓ We only allow motorcycle parking inside the compound.
✓ Kindly park the motorcycles properly adjacent to the fence.
✓Parking for cars is located at Hampton Gardens (10-15 mins. away from Teresita’s).
✓Parking fee is at Php 35.00 for the first 2 hours. Succeeding hours will be charged Php 10.00 per hour between 6 am - 10 pm and Php 15.00 per hour between 10 pm - 6 am. Overnight parking is charged Php 150.00 plus the parking fee.

SMOKING POLICY
✓Strictly NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
✓ Your official check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is STRICTLY at 12 pm.
✓Early check-in/ late check-out is allowed provided that there are NO CONFLICTS with the scheduled bookings.

FOR MONTHLY RENTAL
✓ Electric and water bills are excluded from the monthly rates. A Php 3,000.00 security deposit will be required.
✓ Non-refundable upon confirmation of booking.
