The Granary is a charming, two bedroom barn conversion, enjoying lovely views down to a lake and plenty to explore nearby. . Ground Floor.

Living room: With wood burner, 50" Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player, DAB radio and French doors leading to the garden.
Kitchen/dining room: With breakfast bar, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 19" Freeview Smart TV and French doors leading to garden.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 23" Freeview Smart TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and 23" Freeview Smart TV.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi included and logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Large, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. . This lovely detached barn conversion is ideal as a touring base or for a relaxing break in the Lincolnshire countryside for couples and small families alike. Sympathetically renovated in 2019 this property enjoys a south-facing, rear garden with a lovely outlook across fields to a lake, and see the wildlife and swans.
With the National Trust deer park, Belton House, Grimsthorpe Castle and Rutland Water all within a 30-minute drive, you are sure of never a dull moment with plenty to see and do. The nearby town of Grantham has a great selection of amenities, or travel slightly further on to Stamford, home of the famous Burghley Horse Trials.

The barn itself has two bedrooms on the first floor, with the double bedroom also benefitting from a small en-suite. Downstairs you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar and enjoy the view from the French doors that lead to the rear garden and patio. After a day exploring sit back in front of cosy wood burner and just relax in the peace and quiet found in this lovely countryside village. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
