Come visit the Texas Hill Country, and stay in our 36 foot motorhome with two slides parked on Lake Marble Falls. There are very few locations in this area that offer all the amenities that you can enjoy at this location

Lo spazio
Lake Marble Falls is an excellent lake for water-skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, tubing, jet skiing, boating, and fishing. This RV site is across from an island that helps lower the amount of boat traffic which makes an outstanding location for swimming and docking of boat or personal watercraft.

There is a private launch on the location that is available for your use if you want to bring a boat or personal watercraft.

The dock area has both cement and grass which makes it the perfect spot for all of the activities on the lake such as swimming, sunbathing, fishing, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The swimming area has a sandy bottom and is a great location to just float on tubes. The swimming area is 4 feet deep and gradually gets deeper away from the bank.

Seventy-five yards from the dock, there is an island with a sandy beach. The island can be accessed either by kayaking, paddle boating, canoeing, tubing, or swimming to the location. Kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, tubes, and life jackets are available for use.

Fall and Winter

The fall and winter activities in Hill country are different than those enjoyed in the warmer months.

You can enjoy country life while you continue to have the comforts of home. Sit by the lake and enjoy all the birds including Great Blue Heron, Egrets, Cardinals, Mallard Ducks, Wild Turkey, several types of Raptors, and Canadian Geese.

The deer will visit the pecan grove around the motorhome in the morning and evening. At night you can enjoy sitting under the stars listening to the night sounds of various birds, frogs, and occasionally howling coyotes. You may want to open a bottle of wine and enjoy country life.

There is plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets over the lake. There is a lighted entertainment area with picnic tables and chairs. One favorite activity during the cooler weather is sitting by the fire pit.

Fishing is often the sport of choice during the cooler months. Even when it is too cool to swim the open kayaks and canoe are available to be used to explore the lake, the coves, and the nearby island. The kayaks and canoe can be used to travel to other locations to fish other than the dock. Two other amenities available for fishing is a night light that is placed in the lake, and also available are 3 fishing rods that may be used by guests.

Living Room

The living room has lots of seating and large windows that will give you a view of the lake and the pecan grove. The large sofa lays down electrically to form a queen-size bed.

There is a flat-screen smart TV mounted in the living room, and also a smaller TV in the bedroom. The TV located in the living room is connected to Dish Satellite. High-Speed Internet is also provided for your use.

The motorhome has a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, glassware, coffee cups, wine glasses all for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing meals during your visit. Electric skillet, pots, toaster, blender, Keurig, waffle maker, crockpot, George Forman, Air Fryer are all in the kitchen for your use. The refrigerator has an ice maker and the microwave is also a convection oven.

Keurig is available with many flavors of coffee pods and hot chocolate pods. Tea is provided plus sugar, Splenda, and creamer. Major spices are available in the pantry for your use.

Dining Space

The dining room has a table and padded bench seats that accommodate 4 adults.

The bedroom has a Sleep Number queen size bed and lots of storage with closets and drawers. The suitcases can be unpacked and stored on the site. The large couch in the living room makes it into a second queen size bed. Sheets and pillows are provided for this pull-out bed.

The bathroom has a full-size shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included in the shower. Also included is a hairdryer.

We are following Airbnb and CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting. We are very vigilant in regards to cleaning. We go the extra mile to steam clean the whole motorhome which sanitizes all surfaces without the use of harsh chemicals using hot pressured steam. The surfaces that are steam cleaned include the refrigerator, microwave, beds, couches, tables, chairs, countertops, sinks, cabinets drawers, rugs, tile shower, and toilet.

Patio Space

Outside the motorhome is a deck that can be covered and contains chairs to enjoy the country setting. A picnic table, a three-burner Bar-B-Q pit with a side burner, and more camp chairs are available for your use. The deck and surrounding area around the motorhome is not a common area this is for your use only.

Fire Pit

There is a fire pit that you may use and enjoy an evening fire. Plus there is also a smaller metal fire ring near the motorhome for your use.

Hopefully, you will feel that you have left the city life and will begin to enjoy the true nature of the hill country. But if the need arises to return to the city life the good news you will only be 3 miles from downtown Marble Falls.

Adults and children may enjoy playing horseshoes and corn hole pitch also called bean bag toss which, are provided.

Deck on Lake

Lounge chairs and many regular chairs are all available for sitting next to the lake or overlooking the deck. The deck over looking lake is a common area and will be shared with the host family.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed for a fee of $50 per pet maximum of 2 pets. No dogs over 50 pounds and no aggressive dogs. The dogs need to be adult dogs and well trained. We ask that you leave cash or check for the pet(s) on the table upon checkout. Please let us know before booking that you will bring a pet. We ask that dogs be crated when you are gone from the RV.

Parking is available in front of the motorhome in a designated parking area. If you bring a boat or personal watercraft you may park that trailer in the same location.

We are planning this Airbnb to be a family-friendly atmosphere. There should be no loud or rowdy behavior. We live on the property and will share the lake dock with you. Hi my name is Sharon and my husband is Gary, and we are excited to be your hosts. Gary and I are both retired high school science teachers. Gary taught chemistry and I taught biology. We taught in San Antonio and raised our two daughters there. After retirement we did a lot of traveling overseas and also traveling across our beautiful United States. We have been lucky enough to visit many of our major national parks in our motorhome. We especially love meeting people, and we are looking forward to meeting and making our guest feel welcome and comfortable. We are easy going hosts who love to create a comfortable and relaxing base for you to call home. Gary and I are avid square dancers and we even taught square dancing to children in Africa on one of our overseas trips. We love hiking, geocaching, camping, scuba diving, and all the water activities on the lake. We truly hope you will make amazing memories in our favorite city, Marble Falls. We hope to see you soon.
