There are Banks with ATM, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops like Starbucks in Mactan Newtown. Some establishments are open 24/7 like 7/11 and this is a well-lighted boulevard with security patrolling 24/7.
You can stroll around without any fear as there is security or take a cab anywhere, anytime.
