Modern contemporary detached house located in the exclusive new Cypress place neighbourhood. Located only a few minutes north of Whistler village and the ski lifts. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains makes it the perfect setting to relax while soaking in the private hot tub for après, cook a gourmet dinner at the chef's kitchen or watch a movie after a full day of Whistler activities. Kid-friendly, two living rooms open concept living/dining/kitchen and family room with lots of parking.

This spacious home is the perfect choice for large groups or families. The main floor area features an open concept kitchen/dining and formal living room with vast amounts of natural light and a cozy gas fireplace. The modern kitchen features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar which can comfortably seat 6 . The dining area also seats 6 and blends seamlessly into the rest of the space. There is a private hot tub is located off the kitchen and is the perfect way to relax after a round of golf or a day on the slopes.

The formal living room off the kitchen has a good amount of seating, large 55" smart TV and gas fireplace with an abundance of natural light.

The remaining floor space has another recreation room which offers a separate area for guests or family to relax in and features its own 55" TV with ample seating and access to the front patio.

All three ensuite bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. The ensuite features a deep soaking tub, separate shower and toilet room and large double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and twin bunks. There is also a second separate laundry room at the end of the hallway.

For added convenience, this home features a double car garage for all your equipment and lots of additional parking in the driveway and primary laundry room with washer and dryer. In the winter, this home offers easy access to the groomed cross country trails that are only steps from your door.

From Nicklaus North enjoy easy access to the Valley Trail which connects all of Whistler - perfect for biking or cross country skiing in winter. Nicklaus North features spacious and luxurious accommodation great for groups or families and is an ideal year round location as it is only a short 5 minute drive, bus or taxi ride to the ski lifts.
