The unit is in the 1st floor. The window slides into the balcony, you could see the grass and some trees as if you have your own backyard. We provided backyard chairs and tables for you to enjoy the summer for family barbeque, chill out, what have you.

The washing machine works perfectly on small to medium loads only. It rumbles on large loads during the Spin cycle. It has to be turned to Off when it does this, lower the loads and then Turn back On. Best to avoid this is a small or medium load at a time.

When cooking, turn On the Exhaust 1st. The smoke detectors are quite sensitive.

The unit is in 1 of the 5 condo buildings. 3 commercial buildings are around which has various restaurants- vietnamese, pizza place, indian, chinese-, convenience store, drug store, mediclinics, pet store, yoga class, massage therapist, barber, etc.
Across the street are primary and secondary schools.

South of the street (about 2min drive or 5 min walk) is a another whole section of commercial facilities- from Superstore where you can do your groceries, Dry Cleaning, Banks, Starbucks, Saloons and other Restaurants are located.

East side of the area- about 5-7 min drive or 15 min walk are more complex where the Cinema, Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, more formal Restaurants like The Keg, Brown's Social Club, etc., more Banks, Starbucks and other Coffee shops are located.

About 15 min walk to the West of the building sits a golf course that oversees the best view of the Saskatchewan River. Going down the hill to the Windermere Golf and Country Club is a breathtaking contrast to the busy city street just before it. There's none like this in town. In the summertime, it is open to Golf lovers and alike... or to anyone who just wants to go for a walk or run to see nature or breath some fresh air.

Noteworthy: One of the largest police station is located about 5 min drive away. For some reason this is one of the safest neighbourhood in town ;)
