Located in one of Adelaide’s premier suburbs this beautifully presented one bedroom unit conveniently situated in the heart of St Peters. Set amongst the leafy streets of Seventh Ave and just a short walk across the road to the popular St Peters Bakehouse & Coffee shop. Just a short bus ride, or less than 10 minute drive away from the CBD, The Botanic Gardens, Linear park which River Torrens flows through, The Parade Norwood, and bustling East End where the Adelaide Fringe Festival is held.

Seventh Avenue is a charming street, I would often frequent the St Peters Bakehouse for delicious pastries and then walk down Linear Park among the River Torrens to arrive at the Botanic Gardens and the East End which is my favourite part of the city. It is also closeby to the Adelaide Oval and Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
