Fly fish off the property or mountain bike/hike from the house on the endless trails with the park next door. Easy walk to the beach which is half a km from your doorstep. Private driveway, dead end street with separate entry. Firepit on the property for cozy evenings on the River under the stars. Only a four min drive to downtown Qualicum. Bikes available for strolls.

Peaceful, tranquil location but yet walking distance to the pub and local restaurants. It's a must see to appreciate it's true beauty. Eagles on the river are a daily sight and cast your fishing rod off from the back yard or go for a dip. We love to put our float tubes in the water and float to the ocean which takes 40 mins.
