Nice quiet location yet in the heart of the thriving Northbridge entertainment area and close to the CBD. Awesome facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer. Nice coffee shop downstairs and plenty of dining places nearby. 2 mins walk to the FREE CAT bus to all things Perth or 5 mins walk to the CBD centre.
Key and fobs are collected form our office at 76 Edward Street Perth, access to this lock box is 24 hour , keys must be returned to that lock box on leaving or a fee will be charged to your bond

Northbridge comes alive during the day for the coffee scene and at night for the restaurant pub and bar scene. Go out and explore. Feet power is the best ,and to go to the Botanical Gardens, the waterfront Elizabeth Quay, the Bell Tower , Kings Park or to either The Murray or Hay St Malls for shopping. The FREE CAT bus system is amazing, just hop on and off.

We offer end to end management services thus enabling you to earn income on your property while not having to be involved in the day to day process, we handle everything. Nothing was a bother and Delma went out of her way, literally, to help me furnish a house and find a gardener to quickly bring the property into the Air BnB realm. The transformation was remarkable. Delma listened carefully to the task at hand and responded with enthusiasm, a knowledgeable plan and “kept me in the communication loop” which I really valued. Delma builds trust by doing what she said she was going to do within a very short timeframe and reporting back quickly regarding the delivery and implementation of her plan. Her problem-solving skills are reassuring. When guests request something which they feel would assist them and others, Delma lets me know immediately and addresses the issue quickly. Recently a family needed plastic cups/plates/bowls for children, and she responded to the guest as soon as the review came in. She brings to the table an understanding of both guest and owner needs and concerns and solves them with consideration to the broader community also.
