Spacious, open plan town flat set in one of Glasgow's most historic buildings. The sandstone B listed building was originally commissioned by the Co-Operative as their headquarters in the late 1880s and was designed and detailed in its distinctive French Renaissance style four-storey pavilions, capped by distinctive square domes that reach up into the skyline of the heart of the city. The property comes with secure, gated parking, lift access and is a mere 15 minute walk to the city centre.

This striking two bedroom apartment is dominated by an expansive open plan living space with high ceilings and windows that maximise natural light.

The decor is minimalist, but stylish and modern throughout. Smart TV (with Netflix & YouTube) and Wifi is included, as well as an office desk and chair for those who require working space.

The dining area is incorporated into the main living area, complete with a large breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms - one with a King-sized bed and the second with a single bed. There is a large corner sofa which can sleep an additional guest, or two at a push. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

The accommodation further extends to: secure communal entrance hallway providing access to residents’ stairwell and elevator, welcoming reception hallway and a secure, gated outside car park.

Please temper expectations in terms of facilities. The apartment is large, but minimalist in nature and most suited to groups of younger visitors (18-35 year olds). We've had feedback from guests outwith this demographic that it has not fully catered for their requirements. If you are simply seeking a cheaper alternative to a hotel please read the description carefully and consider whether this apartment will fulfil your expectations.
