Village Walk 8 is a high-end four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome with over 2,300 sq ft across three storeys, adorned with chic and sophisticated decor. A Scandinavian-inspired kitchen awaits the chef at heart, while custom reclaimed wood furniture and specially chosen pieces of art will wow you in every room.

The homeowners of Village Walk 8 also purchased #7 and have gone above and beyond fitting their homes with extras that will leave you feeling pampered. There is extra soundproofing between #7 and #8, on demand hot water, and in-floor heating - talk about luxury! This home also features a brand new private hot tub installed in November 2018, with an Ecoclean UV Sterilizer that uses ultraviolet light to effectively eradicate 99.9% of all bacteria exposed to it.

The TV in the living room has Netflix built in so you can cozy up by the fireplace and put on your favourite movie, and not only does the downstairs fourth bedroom feature a Smart TV with Netflix as well, it also features a frameless memory foam sofabed that is certainly unique!

After your day of adventure around beautiful Sun Peaks, you can unwind in your hot tub around the back of the home while enjoying the sound of McGillivray Creek trickling by, or even take a dip in the huge bathtub of the elegant master bedroom ensuite. The ensuite also has a private balcony outside of it so you can take in the beautiful forest surrounding!

This home has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom, and a queen-sized frameless memory foam sofabed in the fourth bedroom.

Updates to the third bedroom will see the queen bed removed and the addition of 2 sets of single bunk beds so this home will sleep 10. See photos of Village Walk 7 to get a sneak peak of what the space will look like!

Extra Adult Fees vary with seasons. Mid April – Mid November $25 per adult per night and Mid November to Mid April $40 per adult per night.

*For the upcoming 2019/2020 winter season, this home will sleep 10 with the addition of 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom (the queen bed will be removed)!

This property will allow pets upon special request, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $100+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 medium-to-large dog OR 2 lap dogs.

Village Walk is a luxury townhouse development, and one of Sun Peaks' newest. These beautiful homes are three storeys over 2,200 sq ft., with homes on the front side of the complex having a view of the Sports Complex and homes on the backside of the complex overlooking McGillivray Creek and forestry. Located a convenient 2 minute walk from the main village, you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts.

This complex is across the street from the Sports Complex which features an ice skating rink (that doubles as a basketball court in the summer), a swimming pool, tennis courts, a soccer field and children's playground.

The next closest complex is the Kookaburra Lodge on one side and Timberline across the street. Kookaburra Lodge is home to the Sun Peaks Spa, Black Beaver Athletic (with drop-in gym), and Voyageur Bistro which is known for dishes like bison burgers, duck, and elk.

For ski-out access, just a short walk gets you to the top of the main village where you can pop on your skis or board and head down to the Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts. Alternatively, you can take the scenic route behind the complex and follow the valley trail.

For ski-in access you can hit the Mt Morrisey Connector from Rambler or Three Bears and use the To Sundance Estates cutoff where you can cross the street to hit the valley trail which will bring you down past Snow Creek Village and Timberline, so just cross the street again to Village Walk and you're home! You can also take Gentle Giant and cutoff behind Snow Creek Village to follow the valley trail that way as well.

McGillivray Lake and Morrisey Lake are approximately 7.5km away, accessible only in the summer. Heffley Lake and Little Heffley Lake are approximately 17km away and are accessible all year.
