Casa Costa del Oro is a light, beautiful, brand new home located on Playa Matanchen. Our home is located right in front of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and you can walk right out to one of the longest, widest sandy beaches in the entire Bahia de Matanchen area. This is a very comfortable house great for families and the ideal place to take in the breathtaking sunsets from the uptairs terrace. The house is about a 20 minute walk from the new pier and a 10 minute walk into the town of Aticama.

Our home has a great layout with an open kitchen/living room area, wrap around outside terrace, his and her outside showers, and secured parking for two cars. Please note we do not accept pets. Please note there is on and off construction in the area in front of the house.

Matanchen beach is lined with palapa restaurants serving local seafood specialities like pescado zarandeado, special to the state of Nayarit, and traditional plates, and Aticama is famous for it's rock oysters. There are several small stores in the nearby town of Aticama where the basics can be purchased as well as several small cenadurias, (small, family run restaurants serving simple local fare), and taco stands to grab a quick dinner at.
