Hi! It’s just my boyfriend and I that live here. It’s a 3 bed and 2 bath on 1 acre. We have a dog and rabbit so if you have pets they will need to get along with them. The yard is fenced in. We are 10 minutes from the famous Bathhouse Row and 5 minutes to biking/hiking trails. We rent the room out during the horse race meet and want to try this during the off season.

Lo spazio
I am from Hot Springs, Arkansas and know the area well. My boyfriend is from Ireland. I have a dog who loves attention and a rabbit who has a personality of her own. I am nervous about renting a room out but also excited. We live close to town and to downtown but still in the country. There is a Dollar General right down the street and all tourist things a quick drive over one of the mountains.

Our guest are welcome to yard, rocking chairs on the front porch, the fire pit in the back, may park on circle drive in front, the kitchen/den/breakfast nook (all one room), coffee bar, laundry/sewing room and of course their own bedroom and bathroom.

Altre cose da tenere a mente
As of right now we don’t offer cable TV in any of the shared areas and guest areas. We only offer WiFi and a smart TV in the guest bedroom.
