The daybed in the bedroom pulls out into a King sized bed. There is a smaller loft above the bedroom with a full sized futon bed and a larger loft room with a queen sized bed.

Accesso per gli ospiti
You'll have full access to the Tiny House and grounds. The 7 acre property backs to the Puyallup River where you'll have direct access to it via trails on the property. We have a park on the on the northern border side of our property and private residences bordering the south side of the property.

Altre cose da tenere a mente
- The two lofts are accessed by ladders; the ladders can be switched.
- Regular sized house, large barn, and 3 Alpacas are also on property. Alpaca residents make typical farm animal noises.
- Property is located in an agricultural area not far from the town center. If you arrive during the afternoon, be aware that commuter traffic in and around Sumner peaks around 5pm.
-Do expect some road noise as the property fronts a county road- more often during the day and peak travel times, but occasionally at night as well.
- The adjacent park may have events as gathering restrictions ease up.
- Sumner sportsman association is about a mile away and they operate in the evenings
- Once a month, on the first Monday at noon, there is a test of the Lahar Warning System for a minute.

Sumner is a charming small town yet it's well connected to freeways, public transit, and recreation. Our neighborhood is a mix of agricultural farmland and private single family homes on larger parcels.

We live in the regular sized house on the property, and will be available to help with anything throughout your stay. I'm happy to chat about Tiny homes and answer any questions you may have. This property is very special to my family as it belonged to my late Grandfather who built the barn farmed the fields with Rhubarb. I now live in the farmhouse here with my wife, two young children, and mother-in-law. As a native of this area, I am knowledgeable about its history and current community. I love outdoor activities, camping, hiking, and working with my hands. I especially love traveling with my family and enjoy hosting folks from all over!
