It's a stunning, new 110 square meter apartment with floor heating in the middle of Berlin but in a very quiet area. It's a huge living room with dining area and a kids corner with access to the balcony where you see the communal garden with a sitting area & play ground. There are two bedrooms, one Master with an ensuite bathroom and one with a single bed and an optional mattress. The fully equipped kitchen also has access to the balcony and a small room with a washing machine.

Our apartment is equipped with design and high quality furniture. What makes it special is the perfect location, in the heart of Berlin in a very quiet street. It's very bright and appears even bigger than it is (110m²).
The main bedroom is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (bathtub and shower). The other bedroom is actually a kids room but has a big single bed and another pull out mattress for another adult, of necessary.
The second bathroom has a shower and toilet.
