Charming home on a quiet street a short walk from the heart of downtown Springfield. Dozens of restaurants, breweries, and bars within blocks; There are two-bedroom units on the second floor of a two-story duplex, the lower level has quiet long term tenants. You can rent by the room, each having its own lock, or for a private experience, rent the entire suite by booking both bedrooms. There is a shared kitchen, bath, and laundry area as well as a common mud hall space if you book one room.

The house has been redodeled with mid century styling. The original details- the doors and hardware, those glass knobs, Brand new titled shower in the bathrrom. original hard wood floor in one of the bedroom. The front yard is full of seasonal blooms in spring and summer. (If renting whole second floor, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a fold couch can hold another people)
