Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of historic Annestown house, this is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a very unique location, offering complete privacy in its own walled patio garden, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach. In a tranquil and secluded setting close to the buzz of Waterford, you can be spoilt by the best of both worlds – whether it’s surfing, hiking, sight-seeing, cycling the nearby Greenway, the Anne Valley Walk, or just enjoying the views.

The Granary has it's own private walled large patio area, with picnic table and BBQ. There is also wonderful picnic area overlooking the beach, and all guests are welcome to explore the gardens of Annestown House, and maybe discover one or two hidden gems.
