The 43 Yellowstone townhouse has more. New washer dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, two closets, glass top range, bar stools and is quit spacious. The Townhouse certainly has the view over others. (Historic neighborhood stuff) Close to Pioneer Park, Hospitals, and downtown cuisine. This modern apartment has super fast wifi, and work station. Giant 65" Roku TV. Very quiet and private. Includes off street parking for cars.

View, access, perks not found inner city, like pond, out door fire pit, and barbecue access. Access not given to other tenants. But you must declare the desire to use the facilities as weddings etc happen. There are lots of board games and a card table in this unit. Great as additional desk if computing.

There is a pond and waterfall in back yard. The deck is above it. Tenants in this can use the area, but not designed for all day loitering. Long term tenants can ask to use the area for small events to co-ordinate with Moss Mansion Affairs, carriage rides etc.
