In the first floor living room you can relax in the evening and watch the glorious sunset through the A-frame glass windows. The cottage has its own patio with garden furniture, summerhouse and private lawn area, whilst the front garden allows use of a 2-acre grass area to play games or have picnics, and has a raised sitting out area to take in different view points. There is an unfenced stream and unfenced fish pond, which require children to be supervised. In the morning take a stroll along award-winning Llangennith Beach which is known for its surfing, and uncover the delights of Rhossili, 1½ miles away, which is the most western point of the Gower. You can enjoy coastal walks around the cliff tops, coves and bays, as well as hillside walks around the peninsula. Worms Head is within view from the front gardens and can be accessed if out exploring at low tide. Here you can visit the wreck of Helvetia which ran aground in the bay in 1887. After your busy morning sightseeing, don’t forget to enjoy a freshly cooked lunch in the 17th-century inn within the hamlet of Llangennith.
