Welcome to the cozy and rustic big farm house! Walk in to an inviting scene with everything you need including fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, washer & dryer, TV and more. In the fridge you will find farm fresh eggs & coffee! You’ll be pleasantly surprised with the unique decor and original wood floors. Enjoy the views of the sunrise on the pasture with a few beautiful grazing cow calf pairs. It is a perfect place for a peaceful escape in the country on a real working farm.

This neighborhood is off the beaten path with minimal traffic in an agricultural/farm yard setting. The nearest town is Sheldon, IA where you can find most anything you need. Very peaceful. This home is just 25 minutes from Dordt College in Sioux Center, 20 minutes from Tulip Festival and Northwestern in Orange City, 10 minutes from Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC). Sheldon is 10 minutes away, home of the RiseFest and a great 4th of July celebration on July 3.
