Possibly the most gorgeous apartment in Fremantle is now available for your Freo stay, be it for a special occasion, retreat, temporary workspace, or holiday.

This warehouse conversion is located on the top floor of the historic D&J Fowler warehouse building and accessed by your own private elevator.

This apartment has been my sanctuary for the past three years and it is now time to share the experience with those interested in immersing themselves in the West End lifestyle.

Lo spazio
The D&J Fowler warehouse is located in the West End of Fremantle, and within a leisurely strolling distance to all amenities such as beaches, cafes, restaurants, the train station, and other unique Freo locales.

Within this two level penthouse loft apartment, a wall of huge windows spans the entire top front facade of the warehouse and fills the interior with light.

Double height beamed ceilings complement the spacious dimensions of the lower level where the kitchen, dining area and lounge room form a luxurious open plan combined living space.

Off the dining area, a wall of bi-fold doors opens onto a huge roof-top deck, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the 270 degrees of views across Fremantle.

The spacious bedroom contains a low set king sized bed and is on the upper level together with a deluxe bathroom that contains a deep freestanding bathtub.

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the apartment, however please be respectful of the fact that this is my personal residence when not booked and many of my personal effects remain in a section of the wardrobe space and also within the second bedroom (not intended for guest use.)

Otherwise the full amenities of the apartment are for guests to enjoy, including a fully equipped kitchen and pantry area, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and secure and designated undercover car parking bay.

Other features include:
- a Sony 75 inch 4k resolution smart TV
- unlimited ADSL2 internet and WiFi connecting at 19mb/s
- full laundry and bathroom supplies provided
- your own private lift access straight into the kitchen

Altre cose da tenere a mente
A few things to note: While the parking bay itself is quite large, the driveway into the parking area is a tight fit for big/wide cars - you might need to be cautious.

Being part of an apartment complex in the middle of the lively West End, please note there may be the usual level of occasional street noise that comes with the territory.

Please be aware a large proportion of residents call the apartment complex home so noise must be kept to a minimum at all times.

The bedroom and upper level is accessed via a twenty step internal staircase. You must be fit enough to manage the stairs as well as lift and carry your luggage.

The "West End" of Fremantle is entirely state heritage listed and considered to be the best part of Freo. It is filled with wonderful history and character, whilst at the same time being within easy walking distance access to a wide range of amazing sites and amenities of Fremantle.

Staying in the West End is often a completely different experience to staying in any other part of Freo! Fortunately, both Pakenham Street, and the D&J Fowler Warehouse sits squarely in the middle of his unique district.
