Beautiful historic loft in downtown Springfield just steps from the popular Vandivort Hotel. Plus amazing outdoor urban patio. Lots of great restaurants & fun bars in walking distance. Close to MSU & Drury. Roomy, open floor plan with hardwood floors, upscale furniture, original artwork, spacious (spotless) bathroom with jetted tub. King size bed w/ luxury linens. TV's in BR & LR. Quiet 2nd floor loft with roomy outdoor space but no elevator. PRICE INC. WIFI & PRIVATE PARKING.

It's on the second floor and there is no elevator. Don't let that stop you from staying in this wonderful home. There is free, private, secure parking provided that is less than 1/2 block from loft.

The loft is all yours - there is a king size bed but lots of open space and a inflatable mattress with linens can be provided $25.00 fee for extra guest using the inflatable mattress - it all goes to the housekeeper since it is extra work for her.. I am available by phone should you need anything. Building and loft are accessible by keypad.
