The train & bus station is a 15 minute walk.

We are live out Hosts. So you have complete privacy but with homely comforts and our on call support. This support can be via Airbnb messenger or by telephone.

Layout:
Our apartment has an open plan style lounge, dining area and kitchen. Separate bedroom and bathroom.

Entrance:
Please take your shoes off inside the apartment. There is a shoe storage unit just inside the door with hooks above for your coats and other outside items. We have left you with an umbrella because its easier to walk to local places than drive from this central located apartment.

The Lounge:
The lounge has plenty of room. It benefits from having a smart TV with Netflix, a DVD player with various DVDs, books and games for you to enjoy. There are two large beanbags in the lounge so that you can all relax together. We are happy for you to light the tea light candles but please use them sensibly and blow them out whenever you go out - please don’t leave them unattended. You will find bus and train timetables, as well as cycle maps for our cities unique Redway Routes. You will find a mirror which can be moved around the apartment for your convenience.

Bathroom:
You are the sole user of this bathroom. This apartment has a toilet, sink and shower. Please note this apartment does NOT have a bath. We have provided you with a few extras; shower gels and toilet roll
We have also provided towels, flannels, liquid hand soap and a slip mat from the floor.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for meal times at home with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, jugs and cheese grater and much more. Microwave, kettle, toaster, washing up liquid, tea towels and cloths and liquid capsules for the washing machine. We have a large fridge freezer, single oven and hob. You will find more so feel free to open cupboards to find what you need...

Bedroom:
This room has a closing door for privacy. There is convenient hanging space for your clothes. Soft lighting and candles. You will find the hairdryer in the bedside cabinet draw. The bed is dressed with a medium weight duvet and four pillows.

Dinning Room:
Comfortable and spacious space for four people to eat. You will also find the iron & ironing board, 2x airier's & a hoover.

Garden:
The garden space is shared with the two upstairs flats. There are only 3 apartments in this building and we are responsible for them all. The other two apartments have long term tenants living in them. The garden space is free for you to use. Please ensure you leave the garden space clean and tidy for the tenants to use as well. Introduce yourself to the other tenants, if you see them...they may be able to give you information that we wouldn't know as we do not actually live there.
The garden is also the area where you can relax and smoke, if applicable.

Access:
The apartment has a key safe for easy check in. This doubles up as alternative key management for you during your stay.

Parking:
There is on-street car parking. This is free. You will usually be able to park directly outside the apartment. If not then your car will not be too far away.

Extras:
There is a shared washing machine & tumble dryer in the building. This is located in the laundry cupboard next to the main front door. We have a radiator airier in the dining area for you to dry your wet items.

The washing machine & tumble dryer is shared with two other apartments. Please feel free to use this washing machine and/or tumble dryer. It can be found in the laundry cupboard next to the front door. Liquid capsules can be found in the apartments kitchen and under the sink. You will also find 2x radiator airier's for your convenience.

The garden is for your use and is shared with our long term tenants who are living in the remaining two apartments upstairs - please say hello to them!

*Please be aware that our office is open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We are available on the Air B&B however after these hours it make take a few hours to respond. Emergency information is found in the communal entrance

We are in a perfect location for accessing all services and amenities in the Centre of Milton Keynes. If you want to explore the transport links are fantastic, and very easy to find. You will not need a car for the most part of your stay, if at all.

Hello, Flynn Lettings - Milton Keynes based, long term, letting agent. We, Flynn Lettings, own the Victorian building where we are based. Our offices take up the whole of the ground floor and our “shop front” faces out onto Church Street. Over the years we have also used the first floor as offices. Fast forward to now; we have blocked off access, between our offices downstairs and the refurbished apartment on the first floor, and created an additional entrance at the back. Occupiers of the first floor now have their own parking, entrance, grass area and sociable patio area. This accommodation is fully equipped and aimed to please, for a happy Airbnb experience.
