Your newly renovated guest suite is a totally private and separate area of our home, comprising a queen sized bedroom, separate bathroom/WC, a kitchenette plus a private porch and entry.

Off street parking right at your door.

Please note that there are other units adjoining your private suite and some noise transfer is possible and we respectfully request you to be considerate of other guests during your stay with us. Unaccompanied teenagers are not accepted.

Very comfortable and private suite with original artworks and warm and inviting decor. Easy access to all that Bunbury has to offer and only minutes to the beach, CBD, Cappuccino Strip and all on Bunbury's major shopping centres.

Smoking or the use of candles is prohibited due to fire risk.

We also have a fully equipped Al-Fresco kitchen and dining area overlooking our rear garden for your enjoyment.

You have your own private deck for al-fresco dining or to enjoy the cool afternoon breezes or to relax with your favourite book.

The kitchenette has everything you will need including fridge, freezer, microwave, double bowl sink, cooktop, toaster crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment.

Your spacious bathroom has a bath with shower over, hairdryer and towels, toothbrush, soap and shampoo provided.

Your bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, safe deposit box for your valuables and a fan.

An ideal base to further explore the natural wonders of the South West of Western Australia including the famous Margaret River wine growing region.

From a single night to long term stays, all are very welcome.

The property is located at the approximate geographic centre of the Bunbury region with very easy access to shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and hospitals. Public transport is available close by but it is highly recommended that you have your own transport to facilitate getting around the local area.

Be sure to take in the Dolphin Discovery Centre, one of Bunbury and Western Australia's premiere tourist attractions and the Bunbury Wildlife Park to see kangaroos and other exotic wildlife.

For any guests wanting to see a lot of kangaroos in their natural habitat and to get excellent photo opportunities, there is a resident population of Kangaroos at Capel Golf Course only 15 minutes by car to the South.

Queen sized bed for single travellers or couples. Infants ( under two) sharing the parents bed are accepted at no extra charge.

Enjoy our spectacular sunsets from your private deck or our Gazebo, surrounded by fruit trees, in the front garden.

We are situated on top of the hill in Carey Park and everything in Bunbury can be easily reached within 3 kms. We experience glorious sunsets from the gazebo in the front yard, and the entire property is surrounded by fruit trees. We welcome you to come and enjoy a coffee and a chat overlooking our Koi pond and rear garden at any time.

We are Duncan and Thao. I am a semi retired construction professional who has worked all over the world and has now found my piece of paradise in Bunbury, Western Australia. We are a multi-cultural family of four with me, an Englishman, me, my wife Thao from Vietnam, my stepson Danny also from Vietnam and our baby boy Liam who is half english/half Vietnamese and 100% Australian. Our home is in a peaceful location set in a garden planted with numerous fruit trees, herbs and vegetables that we are happy to share with our guests.

Breakfast can be provided for an additional charge of $10 per head upon request with minimum 24 hours notice.

We are happy to provide a basket of bread, milk, local fruits and products for your convenience for an additional charge of $20.

Laundry services are available for an additional charge of $5 for self service.
