Jean-François Lévesque, 32 ans, vétéran, est le propriétaire de la
résidence. Bilingue, baccalauréat en sciences politiques et stratégies militaires au Collège
militaire royal à Kingston ON. il a fait une maîtrise en gestion de projets à l’UQAR à sa sortie de
l’armée. Son père, Charles Lévesque, retraité, expérience de 35 ans en gestion de projets, est
son mentor. L’achat de la résidence a été fait sur des bases personnelles. Le promoteur est
aussi l’unique actionnaire d’une compagnie appelée Gestion Expertise de la Baie inc.
