An 1840's Sea Captain's home, as well as a small vegetable and fiber farm, is located on a beautiful historical street, with only a 5 minute walk or bicycle ride to West Dennis Beach and Nantucket Sound. Situated on the south side of Cape Cod with the warmest water and best beaches for swimming.

Lo spazio
Guests will stay in a space that has been newly restored to its original charm, with a queen sized bed.
A private bathroom with a walk-in shower, access to sun porches (porches are not usable in the winter months) with comfortable seating and dining table, and limited use of the kitchen. Beautiful eucalyptus wood outdoor dining set in the back yard is a great place to enjoy your meal, or on the indoor sun porch, while watching the farm go by. Coffee and tea is readily available at the kitchen counter.
Well behaved and looked after children of all ages are welcome, we trust that you will be with your children at all times. We do charge the addition persons fee even for children of any age, after the two person capacity is met. Please let us know so that we may adjust your price.
We have peacocks roaming the grounds, a horse, a variety of sheep breeds for wool, and chickens.
The wool is used for fiber arts. We offer wet felting classes upon request, on our face book page, for an additional charge.
Jewelry soldering classes will be available in the winter months of 2019 for additional charges.
We are a family of world travelers, artists of many mediums, and enjoy sharing our crafts.
There are bicycles with baskets and locks for guests to use, please bring your own helmets (a quick, and free, access to the beach in spring/summer/fall months).
Our family has lived in this home for many generations, we love having guests. We expect that you also respect our home as we do; we do not allow food in the bedrooms, or glassware, in respect for future guests. You have access to dining areas within, or outside, of the home. We also expect that you keep the room in the same condition it was as when you arrived, while you are here. It is not a motel and we are looking for the type of guests that understand this.
This is a beautiful, historical, New England home and I hope you will enjoy your stay with us.
READ HOUSE RULES IN THE HOUSE MANUAL SECTION OF THIS LISTING BEFORE REQUESTING OR BOOKING A ROOM. Thanks!
Winter Month Notes: We keep the heat regulated at 70 degrees throughout the house. We usually have a wood stove burning in the dining room in the coldest months, which is right off of the guest rooms.
The farm, as most of New England, isn't up to its summer looks during winter months. Be prepared with winter/muck boots if you would like to hang out with the animals. In the messy months of fall and winter the ground may be more wet than usual. Thanks you for reading our description and considering our home to enjoy some time away!

Accesso per gli ospiti
Enjoy the enclosed sun porches (summer months), backyard, and even request private seafood dinners when making your reservations.
Guests have access to a shared refrigerator and limited use of the kitchen.
Private bathroom is included with your bedroom. Closet space is available for luggage and a writing desk with room for your laptop, with free wifi access.
A television is in the room with cable, Hbo, Starz, Cinemax, Showtime, and The Movie Channel, all available for free.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
