Nicely decorated, Unit #131 is a downstairs one bedroom, one bath condominium (sleeps up to 4) that is quite comfortable! With local photographs on the living room walls, cozy up on the comfy sleeper sofa and loveseat. Enjoy either the TV or a movie on the DVD Player or just simply relax in front of the wood-burning stove and read one of the provided books. In the bedroom, a queen size bed with a floral spread and an electric blanket is provided for your comfort as well as an extra TV. For additional sleeping, there is always the bunk area. Have some laughs by playing the provided board games or just have a good time listening to some music. This condominium gives you the convenience of free high speed Internet service. As an added bonus is the season's locker provided for you at Canyon Lodge. Mammoth Lakes is a little slice of paradise that has something for everyone, every day of the year. This may be the perfect home for your Mammoth getaway!

To book a property you must be an essential traveler, we require the form from the Town of Mammoth Lakes to be filled out and sent in prior to your booking being valid. Please ask and we'll email you the form. We may only book 30% of our properties. Unfortunately, our calendars will not automatically shut off once we reach that limit. Booking online or by phone is not finalized until the office approves so we can regulate the 30%. I'm sorry we have so many rules right now, things are changing daily, and we're all trying to adjust and stay within the legal limits while keeping everyone safe.

Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include:
*Due to current COVID 19 pandemic, the hot tub will be open by reservation only and only one unit at a time may be in the Jacuzzi. There will be an allotted 30-minute time frame for your reservation in the hot spa with one reservation per unit per day allowed. This may be adjusted as needed so as many enjoy the spa as possible. The dry sauna, and game room are currently closed per county mandate. We will re-open as soon as we are approved to do so. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE SPA WILL REMAIN OPEN, THAT DEPENDS ON THE COVID STATUS WITHIN THE TOWN AND COUNTY. hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits. License #3558

MMSA WILL NOT BE SELLING TICKETS AT A TICKET WINDOW, THEY ARE LIMITING THE NUMBER OF TICKETS SOLD. PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS AHEAD OF TIME AS WE ARE NOT REFUNDING BOOKINGS IF YOU'RE UNABLE TO PURCHASE A TICKET AS THE MOUNTAIN REACHED ITS CAPACITY. The Mountain may have other options for tickets such as an afternoon half day ticket, or they are also selling an IKON Sessions pass which is a 4 day pass.
