Lo spazio
400m to Cottesloe Beach and filled with natural light, this first floor, two bedroom apartment is positioned directly across the road from Cottesloe's picturesque Civic Gardens, and a short walk through De Bernales Walk, a pretty tree-lined walkway directly towards the most beautiful beaches you've ever seen. If it's the city you desire, only 15 minutes to the CBD by train or car, otherwise relax and breath in the clean ocean air.

Spacious modern bathroom with walk-in shower, rainfall shower head (toilet is in the bathroom, but not separate) and huge mirror. The kitchen is compact with small fridge (freezer space for ice only), two burner glass top electric cooktop, small dishwasher and microwave. There are wine and champagne glasses and place settings for four.

With views all the way to Rottnest Island, and located a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, parks, tennis courts and train to Fremantle or the CBD, you will have the entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. It is a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Where will you start exploring? The choices are endless!

There is a flight of stairs to the first level, so you need to be prepared to carry luggage/shopping to get to the front door at the end of the landing.

Please also keep in mind, it is a residential apartment complex, not a sound-proofed hotel room, therefore you may hear neighbours coming and going. Everyone is respectful, as you should be too and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

There is so much to love about this location …

Cottesloe Civic Centre – large spacious lawns with views out to the Indian Ocean, kids’ playgrounds, bbq facilities. Take a book and chill out on the lawn or have an evening picnic. It comprises the Main Lawn and Main Lawn Stage, the Secret Garden, Sunken Lawn, Old Tank Stand and Two Palms, and last but not least the Rotunda. It’s right across the road – go and explore it!

Yoga – Yogaworx 65 Eric Street
Classes from 6am, 9am and 6:30pm

Tennis – Cottesloe Tennis Club Cnr Broome and Napier Streets

Running – Arguably one of the world's most scenic tracks, stretching 10km in one direction from Swanbourne to the end of the North Mole in Fremantle.

Sculptures by the Sea – 2018 marks the 13th anniversary of Sculpture by the Sea, the world's largest annual outdoor sculpture exhibition that is free to the public. Running from Friday 2nd March to Monday 19th March 2018, this annual event is extremely popular and a much loved exhibition, attracting visitors in the hundreds of thousands to the shores of Cottesloe.

Whale watching – last year whales were spotted off Cottesloe from June through to August. If you’re lucky you may see humpback whales breaching.

I am loving the hosting experience. My little apartment in Cottesloe over-looks the Cottesloe Civic Centre and through trees to the ocean and Rottnest. I prefer short stays to long term tenants because I can keep a careful eye on the condition of my apartment, ensure it’s kept clean and tidy, and I’m able to be there between each guest stay. I also work as a graphic designer and photographer and am mother to three adult children. My own home is only 10 minutes away in East Fremantle but I also spend a considerable amount of time with my partner in Cottesloe, which is moments away. Originally from New Zealand, I have lived in London and Hong Kong and Perth has been home since 2006. I look forward to welcoming you from wherever you are from. Although we may not meet face-to-face, I am a quick and responsive communicator.
