This waterfront home in Port Isabel offers direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway right from your own private dock! Enjoy canal views, a screened lanai and a covered outdoor seating area, as well as an east-facing dock with sunrise views, a 3,000-lb. boat lift, and a fish-cleaning station. You'll also have access to the community's many amenities, including pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness center!
This home is located in Long Island Village, which offers indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, a golf course, miniature golf, a gym, and basketball and tennis courts. With direct access to the water, fishing and boating are always an option. Nearby attractions include dolphin tours, Port Isabel Lighthouse Historical State Park (one mile north), and the beaches of South Padre Island right across the causeway.
Things to know:
*You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $80 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.
Parking Notes: Please park in the driveway. Guests must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (for up to two cars) and wristbands. This is an $80 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.*Please note: The Welcome Center is NOT associated with Vacasa. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This property is located in a gated, bay island resort with private amenities. You may use the amenities with the purchase of a wristband ($5/person per stay). Amenities include outdoor Olympic pool with hot tub; heated indoor pool with hot tubs; cardio & weight rooms; putt-putt; tennis; shuffleboard; basketball; volleyball; activity/craft rooms. There is also a 3 par 18 hole golf course you may use for a separate fee.

This resort is managed by an HOA, and they have fees and rules you must honor. Upon arrival, you must stop at the resort Welcome Center to obtain your guest pass. (Welcome Center and Security personnel are employed by the HOA and are not associated with us). Welcome Center personnel will charge a $80 entrance/registration fee. This includes 2 vehicle passes (with a limit of 2 vehicles/property) and 6 wristbands (upon request). Each driver will be required to show driver's license. Max of 8 people allowed/property. If you need to contact us for assistance with your rental during your stay, please use this number ONLY to text or call: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN); that number is monitored daily 8:00 a.m-8:00 p.m. This is a non-smoking property. All vehicles must be parked off the street. Violators risk being fined.
