Fresh beach cottage in the idyllic holiday town of Point Lonsdale. Find solace as you relax in the peace, space and fresh air of this property & its surrounds. Sunny, north facing living, surrounded by natives, generous fenced yard and less than 1 kilometre walk to beach along quiet streets and footpath shaded with natives. This property offers tranquil time out and proximity to all the delights that Point Lonsdale & Queenscliffe (less than 5 minutes drive away) have to offer.

Enjoy the wood fire, wool carpets, and Egyptian cotton sheets. The property is private and restful. Solace is within walking distance of Swan Bay and the northern end of the Point Lonsdale beach, and within a very short drive of the many local attractions, including the Blues Train, surf beach, historic Queenscliffe, Sorento ferry, and many other lovely beaches and fishing spots.

Point Lonsdale is a picturesque beach town on the Bellarine Peninsula located on the tip of the headland to Port Phillip Bay. From the beaches and boardwalks, watch the container ships drift surreally in across The Rip, and the ferry from Queenscliff making its hourly trip to and from Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. Visit the striking lighthouse, take a nature walk, and enjoy the beautiful beaches. Point Lonsdale is a quiet, safe, and civilised holiday town and beloved permanent home of many. Shopping and services are local. Historic Queenscliff, 5 minutes by car, has wonderful shopping and cafes. There is much to do if you plan to get out: The Bellarine is home to many wineries and two commercial olive groves, all within 15 minutes drive from Solace. Surfing is a popular pastime on both front & back beaches at Point Lonsdale. (The front beach offers beautiful safe swimming for families & a safe spot for kids to practice surfing.) The Blues Train operates on weekends from Queenscliff. There are plenty of fine dining, day spa, and shopping experiences on offer in nearby Queenscliff.
