My fully-furnished apartment is on the top (6th) floor, with lift. It has a 30 sqm living room, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, kitchen, bathroom and a sunny roof-terrace.
In the living room there is a double pull-out sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate guests 3 and 4 , dining table/chairs, flat screen TV, CD player and wifi internet connection.
The small modern kitchen includes an oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, vanity unit (with hairdrier) and shelving.
There is also a small lobby for coats, and umbrellas!
The 5 sqm roof terrace faces south-west and catches the sun from 11am until sunset.
The situation in the residential area of Neuhausen is great for visiting the city. It's only 3 minutes walk to subway, bus and tram connections, and just 3 subway stops (4 minutes) to the main railway station. A further stop will bring you to the world-famous Oktoberfest site. Two bus stops (or 10 minutes walk) away there is a suburban train station with a 35 minute direct link to the airport. It takes c30 minutes from the apartment to the Messe with public transport.
There are ample shops, restaurants, bars etc within a couple of minutes walk. An open-air swimming pool is only one subway stop away, open Summer and Winter.
Bed linen and towels are provided, plus a welcome pack of tea, coffee and fruit juice.
The apartment is great for couples, families or small groups of friends visiting the wonderful city of Munich and Bavaria.

During the Oktoberfest the charge for extra guests is €35 per person per night, instead of the usual €20. For stays of one week or more part of these extra charges may be negotiable. Check in and check out times can be flexible on request.
