Lo spazio
The property surprises with a private chlorine pool which sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a depth between 1.5 and 2 metres. A round the pool you can lie on one of the 10 sunbeds enjoying the sun and the mountain views. You can use the exterior shower before and after swimming. The great porch with pool views features a table with 10 chairs to celebrate great evening. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around.

The two storey house was restored in 2017 and it has a modern and refreshing style. On the ground floor we find a living room with a TV set (English and Spanish satellite channels) and a dining area with designed table and chairs. You can light a warm fire and take a cup of tea during the Autumn nights. The independent kitchen presents a ceramic hob and all you may need to cook during your vacation. It includes also a table for 6 people and a high chair. The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor you will find a double bed bedroom with a closet and air-conditioning. In addition, there is a bathtub bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, 3 with two single beds, 1 with a double bed. 2 bed rooms are air conditioned and one has a great walk-in closet and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a designed bathtub and separate shower. There is another bathtub bathroom on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

This finca is located close to Palmanyola and Son Sardina, only 2 km away from the Son Termens golf course. This is a quiet area and ideal for mountain excursions or visits to the city. You can even make a beautiful train excursion from Palma to Soller in the old train. You can visit many places of interest in the capital, for instance La Seu cathedral, the Bellver castle or the contemporaneous art museum called Es Baluard, among others. The nearest beaches are in Can Pastilla, Cala Mallor and Playa de Palma.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.
