This renovated studio is part of a 1906 home on Spokane's beautiful South Hill. The neighborhood boasts picturesque parks, streets lined with beautiful Victorian and craftsman homes; with coffee shops and local restaurants interspersed. This studio has it's own entrance and is very peaceful and quiet—ideal for one or two guests. Fully equipped with air conditioning and all needed amenities for a very comfortable stay.

This was a wonderful location and had everything I hoped for. It was clean, well set up and access was so easy. Location was great and downtown Spokane was easily accessible. A great neighborhood with nice local amenities. Highly recommend this space.
