Nice and confort apartment, design decoration, with views to the sea, close to the beach (1,2 km) and very close to an 18 holes golf course.
Giving a feeling of comfort, warmth, and relaxation
Swiming pool, spacious garden and very quite for those who love tranquility.
Having a car is desirable.

Lo spazio
Fully equipped, TV, air conditioning swimming pool with plenty of sunshine and rarely busy even in high season and private garage. Minimalist style, but warm and only 4 years old furniture. Kitchen is fairly new and very well equipped.
It is a perfect place to enjoy , reading, resting, playing sports, adventure , and of course sunshine. It is advisable to rent a car because public transport is somewhat slow and far from the apartment, so you can enjoy more freedom.
The most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol to less than 5 minutes driving by car, with very nice “chiringuitos on the beach” like “Trocadero” and “Arroyo de la Playa” where you can enjoy having lunch, dinner or just a drink.
Enjoy the spectacular climate of Marbella, with over 320 days of sunshine per year and 27 miles of beaches. Spectacular views of the African Mountains and South Spanish coastline, adorned all of it by the blue sea side.
Very well connected to the airport by car and less than 2 hours away Gibraltar, Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Sierra de Ronda, both mountain and spectacular beaches, whether you want peace, like all sports relating to sea. Shopping and supermarkets, can be found only 5 minutes driving away from the apartment, specially in the Moll "La Cañada"
Golf fans will love being so close to the Rio Real Golf . Designed by Javier Arana, and inaugurated in 1965, this magnificent 18-hole par 72 golf course one of the oldest on the Costa. It is set in a beautiful sloping valley with challenging greens and is considered as one of the best Golf courses in Marbella. It also has its own country club and Golf learning academy. This a perfect base for golfers as there are more than 50 courses along the Costa del Sol, all easily accessible.There's also a nice restaurant at the Golf Rio Real Hotel.
The fabulous Marbella Old Town is just 3km from the house, which takes 5 minutes by car.
No buses are close to the apartment, so better if you hire a car, parking in Marbella is easy. There are several underground car parks. Taxis are also easy to book and good value. Details of local attractions and things to do can be found at the local tourist office in Plaza de los Naranjos . Make sure to walk around the historic Old Town as well as the Paseo de la Alameda, a beautiful marble square with fountains and sculptures by Salvador Dali on the Avenida del Mar, which connects the Old Town with the Beach

There is plenty of places available in a big moll “La Cañada”, Tourism office, in the main park of the city (La Constitución square) and in front of the sea, “El Corte Ingles”, big store in front of the Congress Palace etc.. if you need more, you can write “marbella free wifi” in internet and it will appear more places.

COMING FROM MADRID TO MALAGA TAKE THE A4 DIRECTION TO CORDOBA AND THERE TAKE THE A45 TO MALAGA / ALGECIRAS, YOU CAN CHOOSE THE A46 AP TO AVOID THE BELTWAY OF MALAGA ( PRICE 3 euros ). AFTER TAKE THE A7 towards Algeciras AND NOT BY UTOPISTA AP7, BECAUSE IF YOU TAKE IT, YOU WILL PASS THE OUTPUT KM 184 "TORRE REAL" WHICH IS THE ONE TO BE TAKEN TO GO TO APARTMENT .
ONCE YOU LEAVE THE HIGHWAY IN KM 184, TURN RIGHT AND FOLLOW ALL STRAIGHT FOR 1 KM FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS "HOTEL INCOSOL" . GO TO THE MAIN DOOR OF THE HOTEL AND TURN RIGHT WHERE YOUR CAN SEE A WHITE BUILDING WHERE THE APARTMENT IS. LEAVE THE CAR IN A SMALL PARKING OUTSIDE. TO REACH THE APARTMENT, GO INTO THE SWIMING POOL AREA, TURN ON THE LEFT AND PASS THROUGH A SMALL TUNNEL WITH PLANTS, AND AT THE END TURN ON THE RIGHT, THERE YOU WILL FIND AN ELEVATOR. GO TO SECOND FLOOR AND FIND THE "SUITE D" WHICH IS YOUR DESTINATION. TAKE THE AUTOMATIC OPEN DEVICE OF THE GARAGE WHICH IS IN A TRAY IN THE LEAVING ROOM, AND COME BACK TO THE OPEN AIR PARKING TO DRIVE THE CAR INTO THE GARAGE. PARK IT IN THE 26TH NUMBER.

PLACES TO BUY ANYTHING:
La Cañada, the largest shopping centre on the Costa del Sol is a 5-minute drive away and perfect for stocking up on groceries while visiting fashion shops. Other alternatives for having good selection of fresh fish, meat and vegetables is the Mercado Municipal de Marbella, also 5 minutes from the apartment
Puerto Banus 30 minutes drive from the apartment, is a grate place for any kind of fashion shops in the area.

This same person is in charge of the cleaning, washing of clothes etc. once you leave the apartment.
