Cleo is the tortoise shell and she is a bit scared of everything but that is her normal :) She is very sweet and will be your friend if you are calm and patient

Neighbors will feed them and clean cat boxes

They can only go outside on their harness and on the leash on the tree in the back, but only if guests want to play with them outside. There is no expectation to care for the cats.

Feel free to use spices, laundry detergent, dish detergent etc. Just use the honor policy here – if you use a couple cap-fuls of Laundry Detergent don’t sweat it, if you use half the container maybe leave a few bucks.

Button to run the dishwasher is on top and just hit the button that says "sensor" to start.

We usally leave the large helicopter fan in the main room running all day (middle switch by the stairs to power on - then you can adjust with remote on south side of fireplace) - We find it is comfortable to leave a/c on 75 with the fan for summer- and 73 for heat in the winter - adjust as necessary with thermostat - it will be programmed but you can hit "HOLD" if you want to change heat/cold.

Please do not put a/c below 70 as it can freeze up and cause damage to the HVAC system.

Remote controls for TV/CABLE in the main room are as follows:

Silver control is labeled Family Room – It controls the Direct TV cable
Black Yamaha is for the Stereo – Top right button is power
Samsung remote switches from Cable to Roku –
-Press source to change – Cable is HDMI1 Satelite STB
Roku is HDMI 1 IPTV- There is Pandora, Amazon Video, Netflix and HULU with local channels on the Roku

Upstairs there is HULU for Local Channels Amazon Fire TV
AMAZON black remote (small) is for the Fire TV
Black Remote is for the Stereo and controls Volume
– switch from BD to GAME on the Black Denon Stereo Remote to go from Directv Cable to Amazon Fire
