Stay in this authentic vintage Charleston apartment one bedroom suite. The location is amazing and the apartment comes with a 42" HDTV, bathroom amenities, a kitchen amenity package, and a fully equipped kitchen. You are only a 5 minute walk to King Street.The house has modern touches with the historical aspects.

Our spacious first floor condo, ‘Solitaire’, is ideal for groups of 2-4 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath. Located on Queen Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up small (exterior) Front porch stairs, Solitaire features a classic floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 2 seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. Bedroom with a luxurious King size bed is located just off the living room with an ensuite full bathroom. There is an HDTV in the living room with cable. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.

Guests will have exclusive access to the front half of the first floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull your car off the street and into a private parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.

Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

One dog is allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Fee is waived for certified service dogs.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
