***IMPORTANT DETAILS***
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The address provided upon booking is a meeting place only. The camper is located in a remote location very close by. One of your hosts will show you back there and go over how everything works in the camper.

We are pet friendly however due to size constraints, we have a ONE dog maximum and they must be 25 pounds or under. Dogs should not be left unattended in the camper unless they are crated.

The road into the camper is suitable for high clearance vehicles such as trucks, SUV's and some crossovers. Lower clearance vehicles can drive back 95% of the time, weather dependent. After multiple days of rain the road can get muddy. If your vehicle is not able to make it back, please be prepared for a 5 minute walk in & out. We will help you get your things back there.

Due to remoteness, we do not use the toilet inside the camper. Road conditions & logistics make it impossible for us to tow the camper in and out between guests in order to empty the sewage tank. Instead we have provided an outdoor portable toilet just a few steps away from the camper. The camper is small and has very thin walls, so unless you enjoy your business being your partners business, this is for the best ;)

The camper is off grid and powered by a battery and generator. We will show you how to use the generator as well as provide the fuel. The generator is what powers the camper so that you'll still have things like hot running water & electricity.

The camper comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc), has a two burner stove, double sink (dish liquid & hand soap provided), fridge, freezer & microwave. There is a dining area on one end of the camper and a queen sized bed on the other. In between you'll find the kitchen and water closet complete with shower. Outside you will find a small deck with BBQ, chairs for lounging, fire pit with lake view as well as you very own canoe to enjoy our private lake.

All guests will start out with a full 50L tank of fresh water. This is the source of your tap water for washing hands/dishes, taking showers, etc. We will also provide an additional 50L of water/night booked (in large bottles) and show you how to refill the fresh water tank when you run out. Guests are responsible for refilling their own water jugs if they use more than 50L/day.

The campsite & lake runs adjacent to the Canadian Pacific Railway so you can expect to see and hear trains while you're here. They are not that frequent and only blow their whistle if you wave enthusiastically!

Guests are expected to leave the camper clean upon check out. This means wiping off the table, stove top and counter top, cleaning up any spills or splatters in the fridge or kitchen, washing, drying and putting away dishes, and sweeping the floors before you leave. Basic cleaning supplies are provided.
