Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a Village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our extra-large, immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. Catch the Gondola downstairs with no more lugging your skis and gear. Park in our underground garage and never use it the rest of your stay!

Please note that this is in the actual "The Village Lodge" and is not simply a condo complex across the street or a couple blocks away as many others advertise... Our condo looks over the Village Promenade, covered in snow in the winter, lit up with beautiful lights and wreaths during the holidays, and decorated in the summer with green aspens and daffodils. Our interior Village view has a lot of benefits, but the best part is you are off the road, so you won't hear snow removal vehicles or buses going, like you would if you were on the street side.

AMENITIES

You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and two outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm). There is also another jacuzzi spa in our building, just an elevator ride away.

*Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights (treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.).
*Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly."
*Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth.
*Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm!


CONVENIENCE

Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go.

Owner is available by phone, text or email 24/7 to help you with questions or give you recommendations.

Covid Pool and Hot Tub Use: Our outdoor heated pool is indeed open and available for your use during Covid, but all hot tubs are closed in Mammoth and Mono County due to regulations.

Pet Policy: Pets must be made clear to the owner at time of booking. We charge a $50/night pet fee with a maximum of $100. This means if you stay for one night with a pet it will be $50. Two nights will be $100. Three or more nights will still remain a flat $100. Since AirBnB does not currently have a pet fee option, simply enter that you have 5 guests and that one extra "guest" (a.k.a. your dog) will be charged the additional fee. If you are having problems with this you can simply send me a message and I will send you a tailored quote!


Also, you are welcome to leave your vehicle in our underground parking on your checkout day if you are still skiing on the mountain or out and about hiking or golfing. We do require all three key cards and parking pass to be returned and present though before checkout (you do not need a key card to exit the garage). There will be a fee of $50 per item that is not returned before checkout as we have to pay our manager and The Village to get new replacement keys or parking passes made immediately for our next guests.
