The Broken Ridge Ranch is the perfect space for large groups up to 34 guests – great for family reunions, church or business retreats, bachelor/bachelorette parties. All will enjoy this three-level country home with 5400 sq. ft. of living space on acreage just west of downtown McCall.

Gather family and friends in the open living area on the main level. Under the stairs leading to the loft area, kids especially will delight in the themed play area chock full of toys, board games, and family-friendly DVDs. The basement features a lounge and game room with a 65" TV, billiards, foosball, air hockey, and ping pong - perfect for entertaining older kids and adults alike. Did we mention the horseshoe pit, volleyball and bocce ball courts outside? Well, we should have – there are plenty of recreation opportunities at Broken Ridge Ranch! Be sure to start or end your day with a relaxing soak in the east-facing hot tub.

A thoughtfully stocked, large kitchen with six-burner gas range, standard oven, and full-size convection oven allows guests to cook up some great grub for all B double R visiting ranch hands. Lots of granite counter space where you or your caterer can prep, stage, and serve culinary creations. The BRR has two full-size refrigerators for your convenience - one in the kitchen and one in the adjacent utility room. Guests have access to the stackable washer and dryer in laundry room on main level, as well as the full-size washer and dryer at basement level.

Covered promenade on three sides of this home give you a sheltered space to enjoy the outdoors in any weather. Large patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture, and fire pit where guests can share stories, daily adventures, or just marvel at the night sky. Lots of lawn area and landscaping with privacy in mind.

The BRR has two parking areas with easy turn around for all of your guests, including all of their toys. During the winter months there is one parking area that can accommodate multiple rigs with sled decks or trailers. There is also a hookup for one RV (please note: guests staying in the RV must be added in the total guest count when making your reservation and hookup fees apply).

Downtown McCall is just five minutes away with beach and Marina access, entertainment venues, shopping and dining. Outdoor enthusiasts, don't forget to bring your mountain bikes, ATVs and snowmobiles, boards and skis for year-round Payette National Forest access via West Mountain Road, Warren Wagon Road, Bear Basin, and Ponderosa State Park. Golfers bring your clubs – McCall has five courses just waiting to be played.

Room Configurations:

The Main Level has two bedrooms: the Master Suite (Bedroom #1) has king bed with a twin trundle and an attached bathroom. Guest Bedroom #2 has a twin day bed with a twin trundle underneath. There is an additional full-size bath and guest bath on this level.

The Upper Level has one bedroom and a loft sleeping area. The “Honeymoon Turret” (Bedroom #3) has a queen-sized bed and attached bathroom. The additional "Kids Loft" (Bedroom #4) and “Kids Corral” play area has two twin beds.

The Lower Level has four bedrooms: Guest Bedroom #5 and/or #6 has two twin over queen bunk sets each with a twin trundle. Just slide the barn door closed to divide this roomy space into two separate rooms. Guest bedroom #7 has a king bed and a twin trundle. Guest Bedroom #8 has a queen bed as well as a twin over queen bunk set plus two twin trundles. Guest Bedroom #9 has a queen bed plus a twin over queen bunk set with two folding foam mattress pads. There is a full-size bathroom and laundry on this level.

Things to Note:

For the safety and peace of mind of our owners, neighbors, and guests, and due to the remote location of this home, the exterior grounds of the Broken Ridge Ranch have 24 hour surveillance cameras installed.

The on-site elevator is for persons with disabilities only, and video surveillance within the elevator is active 24/7.

Some outdoor amenities (volleyball, bocce ball, etc.) are taken down and stored and are not available during winter months.

Riding off-road vehicles or snowmobiles on the property is not allowed except for ingress or egress on designated driveways.

There are additional RV hookup fees associated with this property. Please contact DoneRight Management prior to booking if you or a member of your group intends to stay on the property in an RV, camper, etc. Guests staying in the RV must be added in the total guest count when making your reservation.

There is no garage parking for guests.

This is a no-pet property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

NO parties are allowed at this property.

Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 11AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Our little guests are important too, and every home is equipped with a pack n' play, highchair, and baby gate.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located at the corner of Park Street and 1st Street in McCall - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
