This beautiful fully furnished waterfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) is in a quiet gated community located on Four Mile Lagoon. Just sit back and take in the cool Caribbean breezes and enjoy a cool beverage on the large veranda facing the water. Or relax reading your favorite book at the swimming pool. A minimum 3 nights stay required. All utilities included in nightly short term rates. Nightly rate is reduced for stays over 28 days for long term renters.

COROZAL / 4-MILE LAGOON: What a panoramic view! This 1,416 sq. ft. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) is located on Four Mile Lagoon approximately five miles north of Corozal. This home is fully furnished and is located on the second floor which faces water front and the swimming pool. It is an entertainers delight by its spacious design and fantastic grounds. There are two separate verandas to the home. This gated community has a swimming pool, dock slips and launches, beach areas with palapas, a club house and a built in barbeque grill for outside entertaining. Four Mile Lagoon is known for its fishing and has access to the sea and Chetumal Bay. The home has easy glide windows throughout, and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and sitting area which has a full size futon that sleeps 2 additional guests. There is a laptop friendly workspace area in the master bedroom. A stackable washer/dryer unit is also available for your use. Conveniently located only a short drive north of Corozal and the Mexican border, Corozal Duty Free Zone & Casinos. There are two parking spaces available in front of the home for this unit. This home is not handicapped accessible. No pets please.

You would be responsible for paying your own utilities: electricity, gas, cable TV and internet package (pick your own plan with the provider). The home is on a well so there are no water or trash bills.

The home is an indoor smoke-free environment. We invite our tenants who smoke to take advantage of the adjacent wide open spaces surrounding the grounds or the two verandas of the home.


Electricity: Electricity is one of the most expensive commodities in Belize. Fifteen (15) kWh is included per day in your stay in the condo. If you exceed this amount in your accumulative days, you will be charged an additional $0.6 BZD per kWh used above your allotted amount. The property manager takes a photo of the meter before and after your stay. Any amount of usage above your allotted amount, will be deducted from your security deposit. So please be considerate by turning off your air conditioners, fans, TV and lights if you are going to be away from the home.

Our tenants staying with us have full access to the entire common grounds as the owners would have. This gated community has a swimming pool, lounging furniture, dock slips and launches, beach areas with palapas, a club house and a built in charcoal barbeque grill for outside entertaining. You are responsible for your own cleanup of the areas after use.

For our long term renters, if you do not have a vehicle no problem. Get on the schedule for the free delivery truck that will bring purified bottles of water directly to the home.

If any key fob to the front gate is destroyed or not returned upon departure, you will be charged an additional $45.00US from your AirBnB security deposit or the property manager will except cash in person.

It is a very private area for those nightly strolls along the water front. Four Mile Lagoon is known for its fishing and has access to the sea and Chetumal Bay. If you have a boat, a free boat slip space is available for you. Electric and/or water service hookups would be an additional cost. This is a gated community so you will be given a key fob to allow you access in and out of the community at your leisure.

Our property managers are of Belizean nationality and located in a private residence within this gated community. Our managers will be your personal concierges. We can arrange to go shopping for you before or during your stay (additional fees applied). Will you be having a special engagement? Please let your concierges know prior to booking and we will personalize your stay for that occasion. We are available to our tenants 9 to 5pm Monday-Friday, 9 to 1 on Saturdays and 24/7 in emergencies. We have a vast knowledge of the country of Belize and can help you with your planning, immigration, real estate and touring needs. We will meet our tenants at the property upon arrival and walk them through the home and grounds to answer any questions they may have. At that time you will be given a key fob to the front entrance gate and the code to the digital lock on the condo's front door.
