Ryder Flats consists of 3 separate units (please check our other listings on Airbnb if this unit is not available). They are close to great views, restaurants, cafes, beach and family-friendly activities. A short walk away as is the golf club, bowls, tennis, pool, pub, beach, fishing. You won't need a vehicle unless you want to explore the many other beautiful attractions in the region. You’ll love my place because of the great location and the friendly atmosphere the town provides.

Lo spazio
Unit 2 is fully self contained. It consists of a good sized newly renovated bedroom (new queen sized bed) with b/in wardrobe and side tables. The newly renovated kitchen area has all the basic facilities incl. oven, jug, toaster, fridge and microwave, cutlery, crockery etc. The newly renovated lounge/dining area has a pull out double sofa lounge, a flat screen TV, fan and heater. The bathroom has now been fully renovated.
The unit is clean, tidy, recently repainted, is well presented offering a comfortable holiday option whilst still being affordable and relaxing. There is an outdoor setting situated on the front covered verandah and at the rear of the property there is a large undercover communal BBQ area. A communal laundry area with 2 washing machines is situated adjacent to the BBQ area. There is plenty of room on the front lawn for your car and boat.

In total there are 3 units available for booking. Unit 1 is a two bedroom unit which sleeps 5 and Units 2 and 3 are identical and sleep 3 to each. Group booking prices are available on request and these units are ideal for that larger family get together if required.

Being centrally located most attractions are within a short walk.
This is what makes staying here so attractive and relaxing as you could walk to the town for a coffee, some shopping, a cold beer/wine at the local pub, swim at the glorious Horseshoe Bay or Main Beach and come home to a good old back yard Aussie BBQ !!!!
South West Rocks Country club is also a short stroll (in the same street) and you can also enjoy a cold beer/wine great meals or if you like there is a coffee shop/meals if you'd prefer something light.
You can also stroll to the magnificent 18 hole golf course, the bowling green, the tennis courts and the public pool all situated at the Country Club. There is a supermarket a short drive away.
Another great attraction is the ruins of the historic Trial Bay Gaol. The surrounding parkland is a great area for picnics and Trial Bay is a lovely place for a swim, snorkel or just relax on the beach. This area is popular with young families as the water is normally very calm and protected.

My husband and I are retired. I have purchased this property consisting of three self contained holiday flats and our separate permanent residence. We love to travel throughout Australia in our caravan in between spending time at South West Rocks.
