Beautifully presented two bedroom luxury loft apartment in the historic Gourock Ropeworks Building. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, allowing access to stunning views across the River Clyde and beyond.
The apartment is superbly situated for easy access to a wide variety of Scotlands Famous and Historic locations and is within easy travel distance from Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, access to the West Highland Way, Glasgow City Centre, Edinburgh and Ferry Terminals.

Lo spazio
This high spec luxury loft apartment comprises of over 1600sft of open plan vaulted red brick loft living. Solid hard wood flooring throughout the apartment with lighting troughs and original feature columns and steel work. The apartment has been tastefully furnished throughout.

Beautifully presented two-bedroom luxury loft apartment in the historic Gourock Ropeworks Building. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, allowing access to stunning views across the River Clyde and beyond.

The Gourock Ropeworks building is 6-storey red and white brick building which was originally a sugar refinery in the 1860's. This is high profile building was developed into luxury loft apartments in 2008 in close partnership with Historic Scotland and is now 'A' listed.

The apartment is excellently situated to explore the West Coast of Scotland and beyond, those who wish to take the train can do so easily as the Port Glasgow Train stations is a 7mins walk away, from here you can travel easily to major destinations throughout Scotland.

Open Plan Living Area / Kitchen / Dining:
The entrance to the living area is framed by a stunning carved door and frame which provides the picture perfect framework to the stunning views the apartment offers. Perfect during both sunrise and sunset the living area is lit up when the weather affords and during the winter months the snow-topped mountains are visible. With two extra large superbly comfortable Tetrad leather and fabric sofas, the living area can easily accommodate an extra two adults for sleeping if required.

There is a granite topped open plan kitchen area with quirky original barbers chairs to sit whilst dinner is being prepared or to enjoy a glass of wine and admire the view. The integrated kitchen has all kitchen amenties necessary to prepare a beautiful meal.

A beautiful large wooden dining table and seating is available should you prefer to invite guest over to enjoy this beautiful loft apartment, the table comfortable seats 10 people.

The Bathroom:
With slate worktop and flooring, the bathroom offers a deep bath to soak away until both your heart and mind are content after a days travel or for those who prefer a shower; a top of the range monsoon shower is available. There is ample storage and high quality towels available to use.

Main Bedroom:
This large bedroom area has a walk in wardrobe for storage of clothes or outdoor activity items, beautifully stained wooden furniture made by craftsmen in Thailand perfectly compliments the high vaulted brick work ceiling and walls.

Second Bedroom:
This generously sized second bedroom is perfect for adults, children or guests with a double bed and two double wardrobes for storage.

Utility Room:
The fully kitted out utility room comprises washing facilities, fitted cupboards and sink and a 'pulley' for drying off clothes after a day outdoors.

Guests have sole use the entire apartment and the building is accessed via electric gates that lead into a private parking area outside of the entrance to the building. Guests have sole access to two private allocated parking spaces within the gated car park. An elevator or stairwell can be used to access all floors.
