The home is located in Horn Rapids, a safe community. This is a 2 story home. The room is located on the 2nd floor. It’s a master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The room is fully renovated with a smart TV. I’m in and out of the property due to work but there will always be someone on site to accommodate guest. There will be a parking spot reserved for you on the driveway.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Central to downtown Richland and 5 minutes from the Columbia River side. Im 10 minutes from great hikes such as Badger Mtn, Red Mtn, and Rattlesnake Mtn while offering a bright outdoor space and firepit close to city amenities if that fits your style! If you work in the medical field, I am also a few minutes from the cities medical hub!

Large Master Suite with a private bath. Own minifridge/freezer and microwave. This room is very spacious with plenty of natural & added lighting. You will find plenty of closet & storage space. Smart TV & 5g WiFi. The bed is quite comfortable, firm, but not hard. Coverings are warm and plentiful. The bathroom is attached, includes a larger, spacious shower, two sinks & plenty of cupboards with bath essentials including hand soap, shower soap, shampoo, extra towels & cleaning supplies.
