Enjoy the beauties of the island of Capri from the sea! You will sail on board , with a small group of maximum 12 people to discover the wonders of the most beloved island in the world. Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 5€pp to land in capri and in Sorrento).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.

Our experience will start from Sorrento Port, make yourself confortable with a fresh drink, we are ready!!! Crossing the Sorrento gulf you ll see the ''Regina Giovanna'', an ancient roman s house built on the rock, the ''Saraceno''tower, the little village of Sammontano, the Lobra s marine untill the ''Campanella'' cape, the last piece of Sorrento coast... at this point we ll be arrived on the other side, the Amalfi coast.... sailing with the sun on front we ll reach the '' Li Galli '' islands, a magical hotspot in the middle of the sea,the perfect place for a fresh swim. After this stop, i ll take you to the city of Amalfi, you ll have one hour and half to visit this ancient ''Maritime Republic'' and its baroque cathedral. On the way back we ll coast until Positano city, you ll admire breathtaking landscapes, the ''Furore'' fjord, Praiano. You ll have an other one hour and half of free time to walk among the narrow streets of Positano and the beach of ''Fornillo''. We ll cross Nerano untill the ''Mortelle'' beach to snorkeling in cristalline water... coming back to Sorrento with a red sunset you ll fall in love of my coast... jump on board !!! During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Would you like to learn how to make authentic Italian dishes? Do you dream about making fresh pasta in Italy? Sorrento Pasta Masterclass is a unique gastronomic experience, which combines expertise with conviviality and tradition. Our team is excited to share with you all the secrets and tips to create  the best pasta dishes of your trip in Sorrento and Amalfi Coast! Join our small group cooking class and we'll teach you how to make: -Cherry tomato sauce Tortelloni -Cacio e Pepe Spaghetti -Basil Pesto Ravioli At the end of the class you'll enjoy your pasta dishes, accompanied by local wine, limoncello and lots of good memories of your Italian cooking experience.

We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients! Other things to note Let us know if you need a transfer. If you have any allergy, let us know and we will arrange the tasting in accordance with specific needs.

We walk through the village discovering its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients for cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will make our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the area. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the 3 prepared courses learning how to pair it with local wine and craft beer and homemade liquors. Faremo un tour per bambini di due ore. Durante il nostro tour bambini e genitori faranno un salto nel passato camminando attraverso la Pompei di duemila anni fa. All'inizio del tour i bambini riceveranno un questionario e alcune matite. Durante il tour, i bambini saranno in grado, con l'aiuto della guida e dei genitori, di rispondere a tutte le domande.Genitori preparatevi,sin da ora,vi dico che i bambini risponderanno a 10 domande su 10! Alla fine del tour i bambini avranno capito come vivevano i romani più di duemila anni fa. Avranno scoperto cosa facevano gli abitanti di Pompei, cosa mangiavano, dove trascorrevano le loro giornate e così via. Avranno goduto di un posto magico senza annoiarsi! Alla fine del tour, con il Vesuvio sullo sfondo e a pochi passi dagli IMPRESSIONANTI calchi in gesso, per il loro ottimo lavoro i bambini saranno ricompensati con souvenir che ricorderanno loro Pompei per sempre.È difficile non immaginare la meraviglia e la felicità sui loro volti.Vedere per credere!Che cosa stai aspettando? All cooking classes start with a description of the daily menu and of its ingredients, with specific reference to seasonality and provenance... plus some interesting story or legend connected to thir preparation. In my kitchen all guests will have available all needed ingredients and tools to carry out preparations. I will guide them step by step in such a way that they will learn how to select ingredients and easily reproduce the recipes at home. Our traditional menu includes preparation of: 1. Ravioli caprese 2. Meatballs in tomato sauce OR Fish with citrus fruits At the end of every lesson the guest will enjoy the meal they have prepared in my lovely terrace vith full sea view on the isle of Capri.

As you embark on your journey, you'll be greeted by the warm Mediterranean breeze and the dazzling azure waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Around 6 PM we’ll leave from the picturesque town of Positano, known for its colorful cliffside houses and charming streets, you'll board a comfortable boat that will take you on an enchanting voyage. The boat glides along the coastline, providing stunning panoramic views of the rugged cliffs, hidden coves, and charming seaside villages that adorn the Amalfi Coast. As the sun begins its descent, casting a golden glow over the landscape, the boat cruises towards Furore, where the sea meets the land in a narrow gorge. The captain may position the boat strategically to offer the best views, ensuring you have an unobstructed vista of the sun sinking into the sea. During the sunset boat tour, you can sip on a glass of chilled Prosecco or enjoy some local delicacies, adding a touch of luxury and indulgence to your journey. As the sun bids farewell to the horizon, the boat will slowly make its way back to Positano, with the evening sky turning into a tapestry of stars. Ti incontreremo al molo principale di Positano alle 9:30 e iniziamo a navigare e ad ammirare la costa come Li Galli Inslet, dove è passato Ulisse. Il mare è stupendo,ci fermiamo a tordigliano e a Marina del Cantone dove a prima luce del mattino l'acqua è davvero limpida e si può nuotare, fare snorkeling e rilassarsi. voglio mostrarti la baia di Crapolla, la mia città natale è un luogo speciale che era un borgo di pescatori. Appena fuori dalla baia ci fermiamo per una rinfrescata con vista sull'isola privata di De Filippo, continuando a navigare ti mostriamo la Birdcave. Navigeremo per Capri ammirando la grotta bianca, rossa e verde, la grotta del focolare, l'arco naturale,l'antico porto di Capri, i famosi Faraglioni. Ti ho detto tutti i fan fucts. Ci fermiamo per nuotare e gustare la nostra tipica Panzanella, degustazione con Prosecco. Ci fermiamo al ristoratore di Capri dove si possono degustare disces Mediterran, che avete 3 ore per visitare l'isola(si può anche sbarcare in porto condividendo la tassa). Poi torniamo a Positano e ci fermiamo a nuotare lungo la costa. Offriamo frutta,bevande, asciugamani e attrezzature per lo snorkeling. Ti incontreremo nel porto turistico di Positano dove passano i traghetti proprio di fronte allo snack bar ! la cosa più importante pensa di essere lì in anticipo 10/15 minuti prima!!Questa esperienza è condivisa con altre persone. Il nostro esclusivo tour di 8 ore parte da Sorrento alle 9:30 costeggiando la splendida cornice della penisola passando per Marina Grande, Massa Lubrense e la baia di Mitigliano gustando un fresco aperitivo servito a bordo. Il tour prosegue per Capri dove sosteremo nelle più famose e belle rade attorno all’isola, quali : La Grotta Bianca, quella Verde e l’Azzurra, I Faraglioni e Punta Carena, Il salto di Tiberio e villa Malaparte. (l’ingressoallagrotta Azzurra è facoltativo). Durante la navigazione vi offriremo free bar con bibite analcooliche. Alla fine del giro attorno all’isola sbarcheremo a Marina Piccola ove avrete 4 ore di tempo libero per visitare I giardini d’Augusto, la famosa piazzetta ed Anacapri. Al ritorno sosteremo per un bagno fornendovi attrezzatura per lo snorkelling.Effettueremo l’ultima sosta alle 17.00 nella splendida cornice dei bagni della Regina Giovanna circondati dai ruderi del sito archeologico più antico di Sorrento.Nel salutarvi infine vi offriremo un bicchiere di limoncello locale. Scoprirai le delizie nascoste e le viste mozzafiato della Costiera Amalfitana da un tipico gozzo amalfitano, grazie all'esperienza completa e alla conoscenza dei capitani locali e in un gruppo molto piccolo (max 10 partecipanti)! Il percorso per Positano ci porterà lungo le più belle spiagge di Amalfi, vicino ad archi di roccia naturali e grotte marine, dandoci l'opportunità di ammirare le antiche torri di avvistamento che punteggiano l'intera lunghezza di questa costa. Faremo una sosta in spiagge raggiungibili solo via mare e avremo tempo per fare snorkeling o nuotare in acque cristalline e nelle grotte (attrezzatura da snorkeling da noi fornita). Notare che: La barca è un gozzo costiero di 8 metri (27 piedi), un tipo di barca molto suggestivo e spazioso originario di questa zona e utilizzato dalla gente del posto fin dall'antichità. La barca ha un piccolo bagno che può essere utilizzato in caso di necessità durante le pause.

The boat tour is the best way to discover the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast. We will leave from Amalfi and sail to discover the different locations of the Amalfi Coast, caves and beaches that can only be reached by sea. We will admire the villages of Conca dei Marini, Furore, Praiano and Positano, the crew will show you and tell you the stories of the places of particular interest along the route. There will be several stops for swimming, we will show you the best places to dive and you will use the snorkeling equipment, floats and beach towels that will be provided. Also included are drinks (soft drinks, prosecco, beer, limoncello), snacks and fruit which you can enjoy while admiring the coast and with the sound of the waves in the background. In Positano there is a mandatory stop of approximately 1 hour and a half. The group will be able to have lunch, visit the town and go shopping in the local craft shops. Back on board, the tour will continue and you will be able to discover other coastal gems such as Ravello, Minori and Maiori with its famous Pandora cave. You will spend an unforgettable day together with your travel friends and you will return to Amalfi with a wonderful experience to add to your life baggage! Ci godremo la nostra giornata in barca tra tuffi e nuotate e continueremo il nostro viaggio lungo Atrani, MinoriI, Maiori .avrete la possibilita' di fermarvi per il pranzo in uno dei tanti ristoranti sul mare per godersi un indimenticabile pranzo dal sapore mediterraneo e super gustoso !! Sarete accolti nel casale di famiglia e dopo esserci presentati davanti a un caffè o a un buon bicchiere di vino biologico prodotto nella nostra cantina, inizieremo un divertente corso di cucina. Inizieremo la lezione preparando il dessert: il tradizionale Tiramisù della Costiera Amalfitana. Prepareremo poi la pasta fresca e ci divertiremo a impastarla con le nostre mani: tagliatelle e ravioli. Dopodiché cucineremo il cibo preparato durante il corso tutti insieme e lo apprezzeremo a tavola con un buon bicchiere di vino. Tutti gli ingredienti che useremo sono prodotti nella nostra azienda agricola in modo biologico. Ti aspetto!

Per lo più incantevole inizio a Positano raggiungeremo l'Isola di Li Galli nuotando più vicino, marmorata, acqua meravigliosa e cristallina la grotta naturale arco elefante,il fiordo di furore. Quando arriviamo più vicini a Conca dei Marini, posiamo l'ancoraggio verso il basso e iniziamo il nostro pick nick in una delle zone più belle dove è possibile fare un bagno speciale anche in acqua cristallina. Prendiamo il nostro paniere e iniziamo un fantastico picnic con prodotti straordinari e prosecco splitz al limone panino classico insalata di pomodori mozzarella olive nostro pane particolare con finocchio. È un'esperienza memorabile. Dopo proseguiamo per raggiungere Amalfi e visitare la città,avrete del tempo libero, torniamo poi a Positano. Il tour perfetto per visitare la Grotta Azzurra! Saremo esploratori in un viaggio indimenticabile che ci porterà alla scoperta della costa di Sorrento e dell'Isola di Capri. Visiteremo l'antico villaggio di pescatori di Marina Grande, un'antica villa romana risalente al primo secolo a.C. (dimora della regina Giovanna II D'Angiò), una cascata naturale utilizzata, nei secoli, dalle barche che approdavano sulla costa. Arrivati a Capri, pervasi da un senso di antico e leggendario, passeremo sotto i mitici Faraglioni, rocce lanciate, secondo Omero, dal ciclope Polifemo in un impeto di rabbia per attirare l'attenzione del padre Nettuno, Dio dei mari; esploreremo le grotte colorate di Capri: - Grotta Azzurra - Grotta Verde - Grotta Bianca - Grotta Meravigliosa; visiteremo il Faro di Punta Carena, uno dei più antichi d'Italia e dal quale si può ammirare l'antico sentiero dei forti borbonici. Avvolti dai colori unici di Capri, ci immergeremo nelle acque cristalline dell'isola, i cui fondali conservano ancora gli antichi galeoni corsari che, nel tempo, hanno cercato di invaderla. Rigenerati dalla freschezza delle acque, pronti a sbarcare sull'isola! Non prima, però, di aver gustato un tipico panino italiano in un ristorante sul mare. 3 ore di tempo libero per visitare il centro città. Alla fine della visita, seconda sosta per fare il bagno. Rientro a Sorrento intorno alle 15:30
