We begin with a 60 minute class overlooking the gorgeous views of the valley followed by a delicious wine tasting, cheese and fruit platter consisting of fresh and local produce from the Hunter Valley.

I have always had a strong passion for the health and wellness industry and studied my Yoga Teacher Training Certificate - 300 hr Hatha Yoga in India, the motherland of yoga. I've spent most of my life working in hospitality management creating experiences for guests in various bars, restaurants and clubs internationally and I am very passionate about fusing yoga and wine together to create a niche experience that caters to both worlds in one well-rounded event.
