"Mani in pasta" is a experience that wonts to rediscover the culinary tradition and the true and simple flavors of a land, the object is to share this authenticity with you. As a welcome you will be offered a fresh drink based on seasonal fruit picked from my orchard. After starting our master class on fresh pasta I will teach you how to make cavatelli and orecchiette, the typical pasta of the Apulian Sunday. I will share with you all the recipes and secrets inherited from my grandmother We will have fun together making pasta. While we wait for the fresh pasta to dry under the sun just like tradition we want to make a breck with homemade products: FOCACCIA, PIZZA OF ONION. Then we will make a beautiful walk in our field among olive trees, figs, we will visit the vegetable garden from which you can not only collect vegetables and fruits but also taste them fresh at the moment directly from the field. Finally all at the table, dinner is served! we will eat the pasta we did together and much more: PRIMI Cavatelli with local seafood Orecchiette with tomatos and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP SECONDI Parmigiana of eggplant or zucchini hande made DOLCI Ice cream e espresso WINE/WATHER

The location is my house: typical "trulli". It is a thousand year old dwelling consisting of two trulli and an ancient tower. the house is surrounded by secular olive oil, almond, figs and cactus fruits and the vegetables garden. The location is in one of the oldest countryside of Polignano: Santa Barbara. A neolithic settlement has just been discovered a few meters from my house. Living in this authentic and a little magical place I started to learn about and discover ancient fruits, wild vegetables, to mix some ingredients and bring out simple dishes but steeped in history and flavor.
