Depending on the class I usually start with 30 minute powerpoint presentation to discuss the principals behind the methods used in the class, and scientifically how these foods nourish the body, for example how fermented foods can heal the gut. Next we start the practical session, which usually includes preparing at least 6 types of examples. At the end of our class we usually eat our samples and…

We will conduct our workshop in our downstairs seminar and cooking area. It is wheel chair friendly with a bathroom close by. We also have a sheltered area just outside the class room if anyone needs a break and fresh air. We have enough room for up to 10 participants at a time, and need a minimum of 4 guests. I am happy to take private groups.
