We'll start with a coffee and enjoy a walk to the best view ever on the Adriatic coast! We'll join together a delicious wine tasting in a noble residence cellar in town. Before heading to my place to cook we'll pick up some fresh bread from the local bakery. Once home we'll have an aperitivo while I introduce to you my mother in law. Together we'll cook a real Abruzzese lunch. Homemade gnocchi with meat sauce. We'll have the meat with homeade roasted peppers on the side. We'll make pizzelle for dessert with the ancient tipical tool. Have some fresh seasonal fruit and of course coffee and genziana to digest at the end.
