We'll walk through the streets of Coyoacán, the most mexican and colorful neighbourhood of Mexico City and we are going to make four stops along the way to try some delicious mexican antojitos (snacks) like a handmade huitlacoche or squash blossom blue corn quesadilla, flautas, tlacoyos, gorditas and esquites. We'll visit some of its most famous spots and some others that you would probably miss if you go by yourself. Some of them are not so famous, but equally beautiful and interesting. During our walk through this beautiful neighbourhood, home of artists, writers, painters, actors and politicians, we'll enjoy its history, culture, art, music, food, squares and charming people. We'll walk through a flower market a nursery garden, squares, churches, cobblestone streets with beautiful XVIII century houses and learn about their history and legends. I suggest to plan some extra time after our experience is finished in case you want to stay around Coyoacán and visit other places like the Frida Kahlo's museum or the artisan market since those places are just a couple of blocks away from our last stop. What a great day huh?

I've been attached to Coyoacán almost my whole life by choice. To me, it is, by far, the most beautiful neighbourhood in the city. I started jogging at Los Viveros when I was 8 years old; years later, I used to play with my band in the main square. I teach, exercise and study in Coyoacán untill these days. I also took literature and history courses at the National University that made me appreciate its cultural richness even more. I' ve been in every corner and just keep discovering and rediscovering its secrets. Come and let me show you some of its greatest treasures!
