We will meet at 9.30am and I will bring you in my van first to visit a family owned olive farm and its 16th century mill. You learn about the olive production in France and taste their excellent products: olive oils, olives, vinegar and tapenade...We will then head to a beautiful winery settled in the middle of the vineyards. We will visit the cellars and oak barrel room and finish with a tasting…
